Support options

DacEasy ClientCare provides access to our experienced technical support team. Choose from three different plan options, which allow you to get support over e-mail or over the phone.

Training options

Need one-on-one training in your area? Sage Certified Consultants are third-party vendors who are trained and authorized to help you with your DacEasy system.

Downloads

At regular intervals, Sage makes updates to DacEasy available by download. These updates can contain new or enhanced features, advanced security additions, or other product updates.

Knowledgebase

Available 24/7, the DacEasy Knowledgebase is a comprehensive, searchable online technical resource library containing valuable software tips, tricks, and troubleshooting advice.

Tax table updates

The Payroll Tax Update service is an annual subscription providing you with timely and accurate updates. Any time there is a federal or state tax change enacted that is covered by your subscription, you will receive the updated changes for your DacEasy Payroll module.
